I’m a down-to-earth Ohio-born, Atlanta-rooted woman—coach, speaker, wife, and mama—helping people release the past and rise into who they’re becoming.

Interviewing audience members and attendees for event exercises, Q&A's, and commentary by an emcee or host provide such a seamless and memorable experience. Less pressure on the speaker to catch the slack allows for a better delivery and perspective from the audience.
